Delivery
Please note that the cut off time for ordering next day delivery is 2.00pm on the day of ordering. Orders received for next day delivery after this time will be processed for delivery the day after.
You will receive an email from us notifying when your order is dispatched, which can be tracked.
Please ensure you choose a delivery date where you, your recipient, (or someone with your permission) is available to receive and sign for the delivery as required.
If the order is a gift sent to another address, please ensure that an adult (someone 18 years or older) is available to receive it. We will not advise gift recipients of impending deliveries and a delivery card will be left for a failed delivery attempt and the recipient will need to collect your gift from the nearest depot.
You can contact us to change the delivery address, or date of any order, by no later than 2 days before the dispatch date.
Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered the next day after dispatch, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Thursdays and Fridays, or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays when it will be the next working day. Due to the nature of some perishable items it is therefore not possible to dispatch these types of hampers on Fridays.
As our cheese selection are handmade they have a very short shelf life. We recommend consumption within 5-7 days of receipt. Our clotted cream is also dispatched frozen, with 'use by' dates adjusted and re-labelled accordingly. Please therefore ensure that you allow for this when choosing your delivery date.
General delivery times given or displayed are for guidance only and not a guarantee. Delivery will be by our specifically chosen courier who operates a safe distance delivery policy. Please note that, whilst our couriers will endeavour to deliver your hamper on the date requested, they are exceptionally busy during December therefore we can not guarantee your chosen delivery date.
Saturday delivery
A Saturday and Sunday delivery can be made by prior arrangement at a £15 surcharge per hamper (in addition to the standard postage cost). Please contact us to make such an arrangement.
Delivery to non-mainland UK and abroad
Delivery to some parts of the UK and N. Ireland incur a £15 surcharge per hamper (in addition to the standard postage cost) and may take longer to arrive. These are:
Highlands and Islands of Scotland - 5-8 days - Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - 3-5 days - Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
