Sharpham - 300g
Also known locally as Sharpham ‘Brie’, this award winning unpasteurised Coulommiers type Cheese, handmade in the Creamery to their own recipe since 1980, is a mould ripened cheese with a unique buttery flavour and creamy texture. This is a real, live, soft cheese and stands on its own or with good bread or biscuits. Salt, starter cultures and vegetarian rennet are the only additions to fresh Jersey cow milk.

Sharpham Elmhirst - 300g
Elmhirst is a multi-award winning unpasteurised triple cream, mould ripened cheese, similar to 'Vignotte'. It has a surprisingly light and silky texture with a white and bloomy rind. When eaten young (2-3 weeks) it has a delicate flavour with a light, moussy texture, developing a luxuriously rich, creamy and full bodied flavour when mature (4-6 weeks). Double cream is added to their jersey cow milk. The curd is only cut once then hand ladled and left to free drain in the moulds before turning. The cheese is brined and turned daily for five days and then wrapped at ten days old. A great cheeseboard cheese, one of only two triple cream cheeses made in the UK.

Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic - 450g
This is an award winning a semi-hard, unpasteurised cheese made with Jersey cow milk. It has a real savoury depth of flavour due to the fresh pureed garlic, complementing the creamy character of the cheese. The chives and garlic are added before the cheese is moulded. After hand moulding into basket moulds, the cheese is drained for forty eight hours before being dry salted by hand. As the coat of the cheese grows, it is rubbed by hand to form the thin natural rind and the cheeses are turned weekly. After around a month, the cheese is ready for sale and, more importantly, your cheeseboard!
