Classic Cuvee NV - 75cl - ABV 12%
A delicate blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. With a pale straw appearance and small beading bubbles, the nose opens up aromas of citrus fruit and baked apple with subtle coconut nuances. Barrel fermentation adds fullness to the pastry and vanilla flavours on the palate. The fresh acidity keeps the wine in balance and provides a long, mouth-watering finish.

Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic - 450g
This is an award winning a semi-hard, unpasteurised cheese made with Jersey cow milk. It has a real savoury depth of flavour due to the fresh pureed garlic, complementing the creamy character of the cheese. The chives and garlic are added before the cheese is moulded. After hand moulding into basket moulds, the cheese is drained for forty eight hours before being dry salted by hand. As the coat of the cheese grows, it is rubbed by hand to form the thin natural rind and the cheeses are turned weekly. After around a month, the cheese is ready for sale and, more importantly, your cheeseboard!
