Our Classic Cuvée is an elegant sparkling wine, showing a depth of citrus and stone fruits flavours, along with the more complex secondary aromas of cooked apples, breadcrumbs, honey and almond. Underlying lemons, peach and apricot are accompanied by cooked apples, breadcrumbs, honey and almond.

The elderflowers are picked from hedgerows around the winery, producing a beautiful clear, light and dry sparkling wine. Very light and refreshing on the palate. Good subtle notes of elderflower, but not overpowering. Very quaffable.

Somerset Rosé Sparkling Wine - 75cl - ABV 11%

This dry rosé sparkling wine is whole berry bunch pressed and has a delicate mousse. With a very pale blush colour with a hint of wild strawberry on the nose, it has lovely fruit flavours typical of English sparkling wine followed by a long finish. It is bottle fermented and made in the traditional method.
