Proper Job is a powerfully authentic IPA brewed with Cornish spring water, a blend of Cascade, Chinook and Willamette hops, and a single malt made from Cornish grown Maris Otter Pale barley, offering a punch of citrus, pine resin, and a hint of spice. During periods of high demand we may include the very popular 'Tribute' Pale Ale as a substitute.

Reviving the ancient art of maturing cheese in caves, a delicious, full bodied farmhouse cheddar is created using milk from local herds before being wrapped in cloth and taken deep into the heart of Wookey Hole Caves, where it is left to mature for up to six months. The result is a multi-award winning Cave Aged Cheddar.

Our handmade cheese has a very short shelf life and are sometimes freshly frozen. As we want you to enjoy your gift, our fresh produce should be kept refrigerated and best consumed within 5 days of arrival, with recommended use by dates are adjusted accordingly. Please allow for this when choosing your delivery date. This does not affect the quality of the cheese, however these items are therefore not suitable for freezing.
