Mulled Wine - 75cl - ABV 10%
A delicious blend of our Damson & Elderberry wines and traditional festive spices. Lovely aroma; fruity, sweet, delicate, a nice blend of spices and not too much clove. The finish is clever; balanced and nicely sweet. Just heat gently in a saucepan & serve warm (with an optional tot of brandy!) on chilly winter evenings.
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. GM free.

A very special festive & rich honey wine, where the finest mead is gently blended with Christmas spices to make the perfectly smooth & mellow Christmas tipple. Fresh, alive and not cloying it has lovely gentle honey flavours and the right level of spice.

Collector's Elderberry Port - 200ml - ABV 17%
A sweet, brooding and complex liqueur, displaying an abundance of dark, ripe berries and Ruby Port. Beautiful deep purple appearance and good finish. Taste is really well balanced where the port has not masked the flavour of the fruit. A perfect accompaniment to a cheese board and especially good as an after dinner treat.

Collector's Ginger (Whiskey) Liqueur - 200ml - ABV 17%
A luscious, full-flavoured liqueur with an appealing spicy warmth and discreet whisky kick. Surprisingly rounded, getting to taste both the ginger and the whisky. Good with a robust cheddar or other salty strong cheese, or as a dessert liqueur.
