Our sparkling West Country wine collection will always be a hit for any celebration, offering an award winning, hand-picked selection of our Somerset Rosé Sparkling wine, Classic Cuvee from Dorset, and a wonderful sparkling Elderflower from Devon. One of our regularly featured hampers.

Classic Cuvee NV - 75cl - ABV 12%

A delicate blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. With a pale straw appearance and small beading bubbles, the nose opens up aromas of citrus fruit and baked apple with subtle coconut nuances. Barrel fermentation adds fullness to the pastry and vanilla flavours on the palate. The fresh acidity keeps the wine in balance and provides a long, mouth-watering finish.

Elderflower Sparkling Wine - 75cl - ABV 13%

The elderflowers are picked from hedgerows around the winery, producing a beautiful clear, light and dry sparkling wine. Very light and refreshing on the palate. Good subtle notes of elderflower, but not overpowering. Very quaffable.

Somerset Rosé Sparkling Wine - 75cl - ABV 11%

This dry rosé sparkling wine is whole berry bunch pressed and has a delicate mousse. With a very pale blush colour with a hint of wild strawberry on the nose, it has lovely fruit flavours typical of English sparkling wine followed by a long finish. It is bottle fermented and made in the traditional method.
