Many of our products are perishable, fresh produce that we store in perfect conditions. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the integrity of the hamper and its contents whilst in transit, so that they arrive in the best condition possible.
As we want you to enjoy your gift, fresh produce should be immediately refrigerated and all fresh and perishable items should be consumed within 5 days of arrival.
Returns are accepted for hamper products deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, by prior arrangement only. This does not include: perishable items; any handmade, specially commissioned or personalised hampers; or where the hamper arrives late due to the recipient not being available to receive it; all of which unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund.
In the unlikely event your gift arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately.
Depending on the condition, we may offer a refund or exchange for the full-value of the hampers incurred, at your risk and cost, and only if you return the hampers within 7 days.
