Windfall is a sparkling premium cider made from 100% West Country apples. It is light-honey in colour, with a refreshing, well balanced flavour. West Country through and through!

Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic - 450g
This is an award winning a semi-hard, unpasteurised cheese made with Jersey cow milk. It has a real savoury depth of flavour due to the fresh pureed garlic, complementing the creamy character of the cheese. The chives and garlic are added before the cheese is moulded. After hand moulding into basket moulds, the cheese is drained for forty eight hours before being dry salted by hand. As the coat of the cheese grows, it is rubbed by hand to form the thin natural rind and the cheeses are turned weekly. After around a month, the cheese is ready for sale and, more importantly, your cheeseboard!
